According to a report, it appears as though the shooter "gained access to the festival by crossing a river" and used a tool to cut through a fence in order to enter the grounds without a ticket.

Police are unsure of the extent of the injuries that the fifteen victims have sustained.

There is an active manhunt in progress for the second suspect.
