She wants to control the seas.
As far as villains go, Ursula is one of the more popular ones.

What more could you want?
Her song 'Poor Unfortunate Souls' is a classic.

Even if you hated her, chances are you knew every word to her song.
And Disney has already found the person to play her!

I guess it goes to show how popular she is.
And it turns out Melissa McCarthy is set to play the character!
