One character who is definitely synonymous with their actor is Jack Sparrow from Pirates Of The Caribbean, and fans are demanding to see that recognized in any upcoming films.
Disney has announced that the franchise will be getting a new entry starring Margot Robbie. However, it is also rumored that Johnny Depp's return as the iconic Jack Sparrow may have gotten canceled.
Fans started a petition to demand Johnny's return as the character.
"He has been playing this role since 2003 when we first saw him arriving at the Port Royal in his boat with that epic background music playing," the petition description reads, "But can you imagine no Jack Sparrow at all? No epic entry scores, no humorous dialogues and the guy with the most good and bad luck at the same time? "
