Does this situation sound familiar?
You've just ordered a big bucket of fried chicken and you're already just going to town on it. Each bite is better than the last. The skin is so crispy that every crunch nearly registers on the Richter scale. Your mouth and fingers are greasy and salty but you don't care because it's just so good.
But, it could be better. If you had just one tiny suggestion, it would be for more skin, less meat.
