The Simpsons have done it again. They continuously prove that they can predict the future.

This time, it comes in the form of Game of Thrones. And they were able to predict the biggest episode ever.

Fans were thrown off in the last episode of Game of Thrones when the tables were turned on us.

But fans of The Simpsons may have expected it.

It's not the first time 'The Simpsons' have predicted an event.

The Simpsons are actually known for the predictions they have made!

It's actually kind of scary. Some people have said that the show is run by the Illuminati!

A year before it actually happened, Homer was asked to repair the organization's image.

The episode mirrored the FIFA officials who were arrested a year later.

While we all sit here equal parts excited for a MCU/X-Men crossover and worried about an entertainment monopoly, The Simpsons predicted it back in 1998.

Daenerys Targaryen has lost her mind, just a bit.

She ended up burning Westeros to ashes, fulfilling her prophecy to be just like her father.

There was an episode titled 'The Serfsons', in which Homer and family were serfs.

They took part in a Game of Thrones parody episode.

At the end of the episode, they are seen on castle walls looking over the city.

And yup, a dragon is burning it down to nothing.

How do they do it?

The Simpsons have somehow been able to predict a crazy number of events and stories.

Fans still don't know how they do it, but we're desperate to figure it out.

Look at how similar the shots are.

Okay, so none of Dany's dragons are red, but Drogon does have red wings, so I'll even count that as a victory in the Simpsons column.

How do you think they're able to predict these things?

I think it'd be a bit more compelling a prediction if we could see a tiny Daenerys riding around on the dragon's back, but that might be asking too much.

Maybe the writers of the show saw the 'Simpsons' episode and got inspired?

It probably wouldn't be the first time someone got inspired by a Simpsons parody — and it did look pretty cool in the Simpsonized version of Westeros.
