13 Preemie Babies Smiling Because They're Happy To Be Alive

Her mother was told she'd never smile again after suffering a stroke, but her big grin just proved them wrong!

After two weeks in the NICU, this little guy is doing great! Despite everything he's been through, he looks like he doesn't have a worry in the world.

This little lady was born weighing 3 lb 7 oz and looking a little down on her luck. But now at 16 weeks old, you'd have never known!

She was revived numerous times over the first six months of her life and now she is a strong and beautiful little girl, determined to live.

That won't stop her from letting her smile shine. With her little hand against her face, she looks like she's having the best daydream ever.

After 80 days in the NICU, they are celebrating their fifth birthday. They couldn't look happier, or more like best friends!
