Hilaria Baldwin Reveals She Is 'Likely' Having A Miscarriage In An Honest Post

Experiencing a miscarriage is a devastating loss for any expecting parent.

Hilaria Baldwin made the brave decision to open up about her potential miscarriage in a recent Instagram post.

Hilaria Bladwin has been married to actor Alec Baldwin since 2012.

Hilaria is a yoga teacher, author, co-host of Mom Brain and frequently appears on The Today Show.

She and Alec have four children together.

Their children are Carmen, Rafael, Leonardo, and Romeo, and as you can imagine, having four children under the age of six keeps Alec and Hilaria busy.

Hilaria often uses her Instagram to post personal and intimate updates about motherhood.

She shared this beautiful photo of herself nursing her son Romeo in bed.

She also gets real about mom life.

Any parent who is handling four kids on their own and just trying to get out the door knows that this photo pretty much sums up the struggle.

For each of her pregnancies, Hilaria hasn't been afraid to share updates about her changing body.

This photo was actually taken 24 hours after she gave birth to her son, Romeo. As you can see, she is embracing that postpartum baby bump!

However, her most recent post is both heartbreaking and incredibly honest.

Hilaria revealed that she is pregnant but, "likely experiencing a miscarriage."

She said doctors have told her that the embryo has a heartbeat but it isn't strong and the baby isn't growing much. For now, they are waiting for more information on the baby's health.

Hilaria decided to share the update because she wants to normalize miscarriages and remove the stigma surrounding them.

Miscarriages are extremely common, but many women feel ashamed to talk about them which can be very traumatic and isolating.
