'Disgusting' Tinder Match Sends Date 15 Awful Tips On How She Could Improve

Look, I can't lie. I'm 23, and I don't really remember a time when the internet wasn't involved in dating.

It all started with chatting with your crush on MSN messenger, video calling with that bulky webcam on top of your monitor, and then finally having the courage to go get slushies at the corner store together.

We grew out of that phase pretty quickly, though.

Soon, BBM and Facebook came onto the scene, and getting to know someone through human interaction became a little less common than creeping their social feeds.

But now, with Tinder, Bumble, Grindr, and the rest of the MANY digitally grounded dating apps, things are gettin' weird.

Sometimes people luck out and meet their perfect match — and we're happy for them! We really are. It makes sense, right? You enter everything you are, and everything you want, and the app does the rest of the work.

But sometimes we get the worst of the worst, kind of like this young woman did.

According to Lad Bible, Kimberley Latham-Hawkesford, a 24-year-old woman from Morecambe, IK, matched and had been chatting with a man from Tinder for about a week.

As these things go, the pair decided to meet up for a real date.

They grabbed some java at a local coffee spot, and because they were having such a great time, and the date was going "really well," later headed to a pub for some food and drinks.

The date then took a turn for the worse.

Kimberley explained that the man asked her if she would consider plastic surgery, and later suggested places where she should shop before they meet up next. Cringe.

As most modern girls in the dating scene do, Kimberley offered to pay for their date, which apparently deeply offended the man.

This prompted him to complain, and then pull out his phone and show her his bank information, presumably to prove he could pay for lots of things.

As awful as the date had turned out, she didn't expect to hear from the man again.

She told LadBible he was "a snob and just generally a horrible person" and described the date as "a disaster."

Kimberley carried on with her life, but was rudely intruded on a whole three months later, when the man messaged her with a LIST of improvements she could have made.

If this had come from another man, she might've thought it was a joke, however his behavior had her believe otherwise.

Over Snapchat, he wrote, “Hello Kimberley, I know we went on a date quite a while ago but I’d like to explain why I haven’t messaged you.”

"I feel like you could have made the date much better, here’s a few reasons why. I apologize if I offend you.”

His first few suggestions targeted her body right off the bat.

“If you lost some weight you would look incredible. Maybe about a stone or so. You are very pale. I know you aren’t a fan of the sun but a bit of fake tan won’t hurt.”

Um… Okay bro.

“You have quite big boobs so you should show your off cleavage more,” he wrote. Nice grammar!

“I think you need to wear clothes that suit your figure and maybe update your style slightly,” he continued. “Just so I’m not embarrassed to be seen with you.”

If that wasn’t cringey enough, he then said “You need to keep your past to a minimum. I don’t care about it and what you went through.”

“Get a sense of humour, you didn’t laugh at a single one of my jokes.”

Hmm, I wonder why?!

He then concluded his rant with a very reasonable and not at all garbage offer.

If you take these on board I might consider another date. I will give you a month and get back in touch to see if this made a difference. Good day to you Kimberly.”

Obviously, Kimberley was mortified by this experience. Plus, he didn't even spell her name correctly.

"At first I was absolutely mortified and it killed my confidence, but the more I read it the funnier it became," she explained to LadBible.

"I couldn't understand how a guy could say such things to a woman."

As a final word to the biggest a-hole on tinder, she said, "My only tip for him is to respect women as his behaviour is disgusting."
