First off, her name isn't actually Miley. It's Destiny Hope Cyrus, and the story behind her nickname is actually so cute!

Since she was always so smiley as a kid, her family called her "Smiley Miley." Eventually, Miley stuck.

Blake Sheldon - Toad

Growing up in Oklahoma, the sounds of the outdoors was music to a young Blake’s ears.

He spent day and night catching bugs and bringing toads home, earning him the nickname “Toad” from his family.

Matt Damon - Red Alert

Since the Bourne Identity star is just as alert off-screen, as he is on screen, his wife, Luciana, gave him the nickname, “Red Alert."
