These trees in Hungary have been affected by a big spill of liquid waste, resulting from a broken dam. The waste was mixed with red mud and dyed the lower half of all trees in the area.

Explosion.

Everyone's had a bottle explode in the freezer at one time or another, but the explosion doesn't usually look as dramatic as this. I'm amazed the top of this bottle is still (relatively) attached.

Why you wear helmets.

Reddit | TheLegendaryJet

A motorcycle accident can completely change the way your helmet looks, to the point that it's unwearable. Better the helmet than your head, though.

Electrifying.

Reddit | achilles-_-23

I had no idea a fallen electrical line could create such pretty patterns on the ground. They may be pretty but the event that caused them could be deadly.

Reverse Yoda.

I wouldn't be caught dead wearing one of these ugly Yoda hats but I might make an exception for the reverse-printed one, just for the rarity value.

If you combine brand new tarmac with the right kind of polarized lenses, you too might be able to glimpse a shimmering rainbow road.

Not a crime scene.

Someone shook together hot Jell-O along with protein powder for some strange reason. The container blew up and now there's protein-infused Jell-O goo everywhere.

Not how you fork.

Reddit | superotter19

One of these is a fork, obviously. The other was intended to be a fork, but a few crucial steps were missed along the way.

Get out of the bath.

How wrinkly can your hands get in the bath? Well, here's what they might look like after an hour or so in the tub.

Uality.

If the 'Q' in 'quality' can't even stay in place on the wall, it really throws the quality of everything in the store into question.
