Quotes For When Your Office Wardrobe Is Gathering Dust

As I sat down to put this article together, I couldn’t help but glance down at my current wardrobe situation, as though confirming that yes, I am very much in the right headspace for this theme.

That glance revealed that I somehow put my t-shirt on inside out and backwards this morning, so that bodes well for the rest of today. If I can’t even manage to switch from “pajamas I sleep in” and “pajamas I lounge in,” then all bets are off.

I am, however, still wearing an oversized t-shirt and too-short pajama pants that reveal the fact that I haven’t shaved my legs very often since the office closed and I’ve been working from home.

And you know what? I’m okay with that.

Will it be really hard to go back to the real world of office dress codes and personal hygiene whenever that happens? Of course, but that was always going to be hard.

For now, with everything in the world so uncertain, I’m happy to at least be comfortable.

I actually took this so far that when I finally did some real shopping for things other than the basic essentials of survival, my list included more pajama pants.

Frankly, I’m enjoying the fact that I only need to do laundry every two weeks or so right now.
