We all know that getting a good night's sleep is important for your overall health, and Jennifer takes that very seriously.
"I make it a priority to get eight hours' sleep a night," she told HELLO!
It seems like the most obvious secret in the world, but following through with cutting out some of these habits can be much easier said than done for some people.
"What you eat doesn't just affect your body; it can also affect the way your skin looks," she explained.
"Hydrate. Drinking plenty of water, especially before a workout, can help you push harder and get more out of your exercise routine," she said.
