It could always be worse, and so I'm certainly grateful that I'm able to afford what I can.

That is, a roof over my head, clothes on my body, and food in my belly, even if that food is usually sodium-dense packets of Ramen noodles.

But I will say that I still like to optimistically imagine a future with some form of financial stability.
