Baby Does Push-ups Alongside Trainer Dad In Adorable Video

Parents role model for their little ones even when they don't realize they're doing it - and even before you'd even think the tykes were paying attention. Sometimes that revelation can be a tad embarrassing - think of the tots who choose Thanksgiving dinner with the extended family to share the colorful language they learned when Mommy stubbed her toe, for example.

But for one dad, the effects of role modeling started early, and he was only too happy to share the adorable episode on social media.

Charlie Todd is a personal trainer and the proud papa of little Landon Todd.

"He always surprises me," Charlie said of his son to Good Morning America. "He's a friendly dude. He's real outgoing -- always smiling."

It shouldn't be much of a surprise that Landon wants to take after his dad.

Just going by Charlie's Instagram, the two look to be inseparable. Not only that, but they're almost always smiling and laughing with each other - it's ridiculously adorable.

It also shouldn't be much of a surprise that the son of a personal trainer got himself going so quickly.

"Around four months [old], we tried to get him crawling and then he started lifting up fully off the ground," Charlie told Good Morning America.

It didn't take long after that before Landon was basically doing push-ups all by himself.

At six months old, Charlie managed to get this adorable vid of the two of them doing push-ups together.

Although Charlie can't quite say if the boy gets it specifically from him or from the classes he sits in on. "He goes to my fitness class too and he sees other people doing [push-ups] so maybe that's it," Charlie told Good Morning America.

It looks like Landon can expect to have a good, solid fitness foundation early on in his life.

Because not only was he doing push-ups at six months, he was doing squats at seven months, too.

Like father, like son!
