Hailey Bieber Puts Butter On Top Of Her Cookies And Twitter Can't Decide If It's Gross Or Not

Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey Bieber have been making cute lil' videos on Facebook for their fans to keep them entertained during the pandemic. The couple has cooked, shared their skincare routines, playing Jenga and fishing. I know right, it's just as riveting as it sounds.

However, their latest video has Twitter confused.

Let's take a deeper look, shall we?

The couple sets off to bake some gluten free chocolate chip cookies and everything seemed normal... until something *wasn't.*

After the cookies were placed on the baking sheet, Hailey spread a lil' dollop of butter on each cookie. I know, right?!

Cleary, these aren't your grandmother's cookies.

To be fair, the finished product looks really GOOD!

Anyone who has ever baked with gluten free flour knows the texture can be all kinds of wonky and grainy, so maybe the butter helps that out!

Needless to say, the people were confused.

"Basically it will melt and fall to the edges and burn so if u like that burnt butter taste have at it," wrote one Twitter user.

"THERE'S BUTTER! IN! THE BATTER!!!" wrote another.

Hailey does say in the video, "Don't critique me, you people who are bakers."

However, it seems that some fans have tried Hailey's hack and LOVED the results!

They look so weird before but so GOOD after!

Look at that Hailey, people who are bakers are supporting you, sis!

I personally believe the cookies would be all kinds of crispy, crunchy and delicious!

Is it a lot to stomach as a lactose intolerant person? Yes. But is it a chance I'm willingly to take? Also yes.

I think my main question is what does baking goddess of the world Martha Stewart think about all of this?!

What do you guys think about Hailey's butter hack? Will you be trying it the next time you make chocolate chip cookies?! Let us know in the comments below!
