Chrissy Teigen is no stranger to fighting over Twitter, but it looks like this time she'll be skipping her standard savage clapbacks and sticking to other forms of social media after locking her account following the latest drama.
In an interview with The New Consumer, Alison Roman got herself into hot water when she mentioned Teigen: "What Chrissy Teigen has done is so crazy to me," Alison said.
"And then it was like: Boom, line at Target. Boom, now she has an Instagram page that has over a million followers where it’s just, like, people running a content farm for her."
Chrissy was made aware of Alison's comments and took to Twitter to respond, saying that reading it was "a huge bummer," and that she had been nothing but supportive to Alison.
Chrissy also pointed out that Alison had also brought up Marie Kondo, saying that Marie selling products was "completely antithetical to everything she’s ever taught you," and that she had "sold out immediately."
"I know the actual tears I put into the work I do and it's really hard to see someone try to completely invalidate it. Someone I really liked," she added.
Chrissy also received tons of backlash on Twitter after Alison's comments were publicized, with many pointing out their own reasons for disliking her.
"Chrissy Teigen locking her tweets when she has 12.8 million followers reminds me of when Miley asked the entire state of Tennessee to keep the secret that she’s Hannah Montana," one fan tweeted.
"This is what always happens. The first day, a ton of support, then the next, 1 million reasons as to why you deserved this. It never fails."
Following these tweets, Chrissy set her Twitter to private, although she has since unlocked her account.

In her apology she notes that she lashed out due to her own insecurities, and acknowledged that it was white privilege that allowed her to single out two Asian women for criticism without realizing that's what she was doing.
"I don’t agree with the pile-on, ppl waiting with bated breath for apologies, deciding if that apology is good, the ppl who say u were right & never needed to in the first place - there are so many different types in this kind of situation & tbh, I just want it to be over," she added.
It looks like this drama may have been resolved, but only time will tell!
