Sarah Michelle Gellar Dyed Her Hair Pink Just To Embarrass Her Kids

Celebrities are definitely not above getting bored and experimenting with their hair, which makes me feel a little bit better about cutting my own bangs while in quarantine.

Information about the coronavirus pandemic is rapidly changing and Diply is committed to providing the most recent data as it becomes available. Some of the information in this story may have changed since publication, and we encourage readers to use online resources from CDC and WHO to stay up to date on the latest information surrounding COVID-19.

Now is a great time to do some dramatic makeovers.

While we're all stuck inside with nowhere to go and nobody to see, this is a perfect time to go for a bold new look, because if it's awful, you can just grow it out before life returns to normal.

Sarah Michelle Gellar is clearly taking that to heart, because she showed off her new gorgeous pink hair on Instagram.

"Well because we're still in quarantine, I had to think of a new and creative way to embarrass my children," she said in the video, calling it her new "quaran-color."

She captioned the video "#RoseAllDay."

"Or until it fades out," she joked.

Obviously Sarah isn't the only person experimenting with her style during quarantine — for instance, singer Pink and her husband both shaved their heads.

Ryan Reynolds went the opposite route and grew out... a little ponytail.

Maybe he'll be inspired by Sarah and dye it pink! We can only hope.
