Baskin-Robbins Store Posts Sign With 'Tiger King' Joke And Sees Sales Increase

Rather than advertising the flavor of the month, the sign hilariously reads, "No Relation To Carole Baskin", referencing the wildly popular Netflix docu-series, Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem, and Madness.

But for the time being, I'll just say this: Carole Baskin, the owner of Big Cat Rescue, has a shady past and viewers definitely took notice.

And while I'm not necessarily saying she killed her husband and fed him to one of their tigers, I'm also not not saying that.

In fact, she told TMZ it was actually her son who encouraged her to capitalize on the show's incredible popularity and make the sign change. Not knowing anything about Carole Baskin, or Tiger King as a whole, she simply trusted his instincts.

And it definitely paid off.

Peggy said she hasn't heard anything from the Baskin-Robbins head office since her cheeky sign went viral, but she did confirm it's definitely led to a lot more foot traffic inside the store.

Oh, and now that she's seen a few episodes of the series, she says she'd happily serve Carole Baskin some ice cream if she ever happens to walk through the door.

But to that I say: just keep watching the show, Peggy. Just keep watching.
