Pillsbury's New Strawberry Cheesecake Cookie Dough Can Be Eaten Baked Or Raw

There is something absolutely heavenly about cookie dough. It's not even on the same spectrum as eating a warm gooey cookie, because that is also its own spiritual experience.

And wouldn't that be amazing if we had the choice to safely consume cookie dough, raw or baked? Maybe you want to eat half the cookie dough, and turn the other half into cookies. We cannot always be prepared with what our cravings tell us they want. The world is our oyster, as they say, and Pillsbury is making this choice a reality.

Pillsbury is truly the G.O.A.T. when it comes to ready-to-bake baked goods.

The geniuses that created the Doughboy go all the way back to 1869, believe it or not.

More recently, the company has seriously levelled up when it comes to their selection.

From Lucky Charms Marshmallow-filled cookie dough, to Hot Cocoa cookies, and fruity cinnamon rolls, they just keep showing us the innovators that they are.

This year, they decided to bring back their seasonal Strawberry Cheesecake ready-to-bake cookies and make them edible, no matter *how* you want to eat them.

That's right. Their new Strawberry Cheesecake cookie dough is edible, baked or, most importantly, r a w.

This is truly a blessing from the cookie gods.

Definitely look out for them on your next trip to the grocery store.

If you're wondering whether or not they'll release more edible cookie doughs, well, we've got good news.

There's no way a flavor like this is even stepping close to an oven door.

It's happening. And if you're wondering what *exactly* is happening, why, the cookie dough revolution, of course!

Here's to hoping Pillsbury releases many more flavors.
