Yosemite National Park Shares Video Of Animals Exploring While Humans Are Away

Some states are in full "shelter in place" mode while others are less strict, and the same is true for the country's national parks.

About half are still open, though with some limitations on amenities and access, but one of the parks shutdown is Yosemite National Park in California.

Yosemite is equipped with some high-quality webcams, though.

Through those cameras, they've been able to capture proof of how the animals are beginning to investigate the areas of the park normally filled with human visitors.

It all feels very peaceful.

In a compilation video shared on their Facebook page, you can see deer wandering along a road without fear of cars, a coyote ambling down a bike path, and listen to the waterfall's crash without any human sounds to distract you.

Hopefully, we can all enjoy public parks again soon, but it's nice to see them getting on without us.
