Katherine McPhee Shows Off Amazing Figure In 'American Idol' Dress — 14 Years Later

PSA: Katherine McPhee is still serving looks in that iconic, yellow dress she wore 14 years ago on American Idol.

If this isn't #Goals I don't know what is!

Well, it's official. You can add Katharine McPhee to the list of celebrities who are secretly vampires, because evidently, this woman does not know how to age.

I get that being rich and famous means you have access to all kinds of anti-aging methods, like lasers, pricey eye serums, cosmetic surgery, and top-shelf personal trainers and nutritionists.

But this is just unfair.

For example, Paul Rudd.

Here's Paul Rudd, not looking a day over 35, hot as ever, and believe it or not, he's 51 years old.

I am at a loss for words. How is this even possible.

And Jennifer Lopez.

Here's another one I can't wrap my head around. J-Lo looks younger than some people in their 20's.

She's got some impressive genes!

And Kristen Bell.

Kristen is turning 40 in July. This is insane.

I need to know what her skincare routine is, and I need to know it now. If I look half this good when I turn 40 I'll be happy!

And Christina Aguilera!

I am 99% sure that Christina Aguilera has the Benjamin Button effect, because she appears to be aging backward?

But her 40th birthday is on December 18th.

This is really unfair to the rest of us.

Anyway, you get the point. Celebs have a way of aging like wine, while the rest of us age like milk.

And I am hereby adding Katharine McPhee to that list!

While Katharine is only 36, fitting into a dress she wore 14 years ago is still impressive af, and gives us an accurate projection of how she'll continue to age.

If I tried to fit into a dress I wore 14 years ago...

You know what? Let's not even go there.

Since she's been stuck at home, bored as hell like the rest of us I'm sure, she decided to dig into her closet and pull out this bad boy:

The famous yellow dress she wore 14 years ago on American Idol.

ICONIC.

Speaking of "American Idol" nostalgia, Katherine also recently took to her Instagram live, alongside her husband, David Foster, to sing some of the classic tunes she covered on the show!

“I Have Nothing”, “God Bless the Child”, “Someone to Watch Over Me”, “Black Horse and the Cherry Tree” and “Bad Day”.

I digress. If it were me, in an effort to preserve what little self-confidence I have, I wouldn't have even bothered trying the dress on.

But evidently, Katharine still has the body of a 22-year-old, so this was a non-issue for her.

Not only did she try the dress on, she snapped a photo in it and posted it on Twitter, directly next to a photo of her wearing it 14 years ago.

"No the simulation isn’t glitching, this really is me trying on the dresses I wore for Idol 14 years later...," she tweeted.

If I'm being honest, I think the dress looks even better on her now than it did back then!

Like I said, if this isn't the true definition of #Goals, then I really don't know what is.

Naturally, fans LOVED it, and how could they not?!

Tbh, we are ready for an entire reenactment of her performance in the yellow dress, amirite?!

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go do a home workout so that I can look as stunning as Katharine in 14 years.
