I've been calling it the "Pandemic Grief Cycle," but really, it's psychiatrist Elisabeth Kübler-Ross' Five Stages of Grief. In any case, we're all affected by this pandemic, whether sick or not, and it's normal to feel all the feelings right now!
What's worse, we can't even physically see anyone to be able to give them a giant hug during this time!
