Twitter Is Losing It After Ladies Ask Their Men What A Beauty Blender Is

There is one thing about guys that can be considered a hard truth — if they aren't interested in something or don't use it on a regular basis, they will know absolutely nothing about it.

Or they will interpret it sexually. One or the other.

Twitter is in tears after a hilarious trollfest broke out when women started to send their guy friends a picture of a pink beauty blender and asked what they thought it was.

Let's check out this thread...

1. If you haven't seen or heard of these egg-shaped beauty blenders, you've definitely been living under a rock. Or you're a guy.

Allure | Allure

If you own one of them, you know that they're perfect for applying makeup in a streak-free way — plus they're easy on the eye.

2. Beauty guru Selena Faye started quite the stir when she told her followers to take a screenshot of this beauty blender and send it to their guy friends.

Twitter | @TheSelenaFaye

The post literally blew up and thousands of people have liked and retweeted the post. Some of these guys truly delivered and ladies everywhere are losing it.

3. This man knows he has no clue what this thing is, but he tries so hard to make up for it!

Twitter | @laurenonizzle

Out of all of those responses, I would definitely say "space-age bluetooth speaker" is the most creative.

4. Now this one I hope was a joke.

Twitter | @mickyb273

Actually, I really hope this isn't serious because no one should lose custody of their children because of a beauty blender. Just sayin'.

5. OK, this guy knew what it was, but only for a very specific reason.

Twitter | @cgritmon

I can imagine that this was a pretty traumatic experience for dad because he had to deal with something!

6. So I mentioned before that guys will interpret something sexually if they don't know what it is, but I take that back.

Twitter | @Longtails53

Depending on the guy, they will also interpret it as electronics. Does this thing even really look like speakers?

7. Apparently, this guy kept giving answers. His wife added another one of his answers to the thread.

Twitter | @Longtails53

Leave it up to guys to try to make their lady laugh when it's clear they have nothing else to provide. It's sort of an admission that they are clueless, pretty cute I would say.

8. But my original point rings true. We have our first taker.

Twitter | @kyleigh_kash

I only included one tweet reply with this answer because it was by far the most popular one. SMH.

9. Guys started to get pretty creative, though, and were pulling from Muppets characters to answer this difficult question.

Twitter | @iLove_CC

You can't say that he's far off at all. It honestly looks the exact same aside from the color.

10. And again! I never knew that guys had such a special connection with specific body parts from childhood TV shows.

Twitter | @justkIance

Again, he is totally right. This woman is also creeped out by the impressive memory her man has. If he's this good, what else does he remember?

11. Some guys are special and happen to know exactly what it is without it being tied to a traumatic memory.

Twitter | @catquinn

Good work sir! You are doing life right.

12. Samer, somehow you kept your response clean. Good work!

Twitter | @ranaaomaar

Environmentally-minded as well. I like it!

13. This dude went there, yep.

Twitter | @FookaaaDuck

"It deals with women?" "It's red?" Well, it has to be something dealing with periods then, right? Funny, but also disturbing.

14. This was definitely one of my favorites.

Twitter | @zehra_xo

I say we go to an art museum and give it a try.

15. After this man learns what the object really is, he tries to explain why this can't be reality.

Twitter | @zehra_xo

Dude, give it up! It's for makeup!

16. Other guys tried to put themselves in their girlfriend's shoes.

Twitter | @lyssaxrae

I can hear him thinking, "what does my girlfriend talk about?" "What have I seen her buy in the past?"

17. This response from a boyfriend raises many more questions than answers I would say.

Twitter | Twitter

Definitely one of my favorites, though. Like I said, men have that sexual lens. Why would there be something made just for cleaning nipples?! I mean, I would probably buy it, but still!

18. I love how this progresses. "HOW SWAY HOW?"

Twitter | @flexxgodess

He takes one guess and then slowly begins to dig a hole for himself with his next response. Boy, you need to revisit those anatomy books, just sayin'. Also, notice his excuse at the end. You can't know about things that you don't use!?! Typical.

19. Oh look at that! Guys totally making stuff up again. Since when have those ever existed?

Twitter | @GiannyBear

Never ask this dude for the forecast.

20. Now this guy is thinking outside of the man box.

Twitter | @ashleyburke10

Would you agree that this response is just cute? It might also work for that, too.

21. This response is all over the map. Pink egg, okay, but that next response?

Twitter | @beachdallas

Then after he realizes he has no idea what that thing is, he starts to get cranky about it.

22. This woman should work for the CIA because she gets a hell of a lotta information out of her man.

Twitter | @josiemkelly8

He starts off with "styrofoam egg," which definitely isn't one of the worst answers I've seen in this thread. She pushes him to elaborate on his answer and things start to get a little weird. After asking what a styrofoam egg would be doing floating on the water, he replies "So it can lure out animals for catch."

23. But that isn't all. He doubles down and claims to have known what the object was all along. It's totally a fishing device, right?

Twitter | @josiemkelly8

How does he know? He's seen one, of course!

24. The thread took a major turn once people started mentioning how they felt left out of the conversation.

Twitter | Twitter

I mean, the thread was a lot of fun because we got a chance to see how off the mark many of the guys were, but there's no reason to be sad! There are some perks to not having a boyfriend or husband, right?

25. She wasn't alone either.
