Pete Davidson Slams Ariana Grande: 'My Career Would Be Over If I Spray Painted Myself Brown'

Pete Davidson's new comedy special is out on Netflix and there's a lot we need to talk about.

As you'll most likely recall, Pete and Ariana dated back in the summer of 2018. In fact, the pair even got engaged!

Naturally, this firey romance died out and the pair ended up going their separate ways before the year was up.

Now, nearly TWO YEARS later, Pete is using his relationship with Ari as some stand-up material and it's absolutely BONKAS.

"She has her songs and stuff and this is what I have," he laughed during his special Pete Davidson: Alive From New York.

"‘Where did she say this stuff? To her friends in the confidence of her own home?’. No, she said it on the cover of Vogue magazine. Can you imagine if I did that? My career would be over tomorrow if I spray painted myself brown and hopped on the cover of 'Vogue' magazine and just started [explective] on my ex."

"Can you imagine if I did that s—? Like, ‘Yeah, I was just [explective] her because I was bored and then Fortnite came out’."

He continued: "I wasn’t going to do jokes about this, but then my buddy told me, he’s like, ‘Yo, I recently heard that Ariana said she had no idea who you were and she just dated you as a distraction’. So now I just think it’s like fair game."

"She won Billboard’s Woman of the Year, and I got called ‘butthole eyes’ by barstoolsports.com."
