She's been baring all lately, including how she was sexually abused at a young age and how she took diet pills for 20 years straight.

The singer started taking them at a young age after she was told she needed to lose weight by the former CEO of Sony Music Entertainment.

"He wanted to sign me," she wrote in her memoir. "And then he said, 'You gotta lose fifteen pounds.'"

Soo not okay.

The then-17-year-old tried to defend herself. She told him: "I was five-foot-three and weighed 118."

He responded by [saying]https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/pdominguez/taylor-swift-miss-americana-jessica-simpson-open-book), "That's what it will take to be Jessica Simpson."

Poor thing.

This led the designer down the tragic spiral of popping diet pills for 20 years.

"I started to hear voices when I was alone at night, waiting for the sleeping pill to kick in: 'Do more sit-ups, fat [expletive],'" she said.

She continued:

"By the time we got to the release of my second album's first single, 'Irresistible,' I was down to 103 pounds. Everyone went on about how great I looked, but I couldn't enjoy it because I was so freaking hungry."

With Jessica's memoir out now, more shocking revelations have come to light.

For example, the singer revealed that she's had two tummy tucks, despite her doctor warning her not to.

The first one took place in July 2015.

"The surgery wasn’t for weight loss," she said.

"I weighed 107 pounds when I planned the surgery. I wanted to get rid of the stretch marks and loose skin left sagging from my back-to-back pregnancies."

These struggles with body image even affected her sex life with husband Eric Johnson.

"I was so ashamed of my body at this point that I wouldn't let Eric see me without a white T-shirt on. I had sex with it on and even showered with it on. I couldn't bear to look at myself." she said.

But when Jessica approached her doctor about the surgery, he wasn't for it due to her alcohol and pill addiction, which she also outlined in the book.

"He was direct. My plastic surgeon may have approved me for the surgery in two weeks, but he would not."

Her doctor was even worried that she "could die." If Jessica wanted to have the surgery, he told her that she would have to stop drinking and taking pills for three months before it.

“I told Eric. We were in a sort of shared spiral, both of us in denial about how much we were drinking,” she writes of telling her husband of the doctor’s comment. “I’m sure we were wasted when we talked about it.”

In the end, Simpson had the surgery anyway.

"When I got home, I cut down on everything, like someone cramming for a test. I disregarded what my doctor said and kept the surgery date."

Thankfully, the surgery went well, but the same couldn't be said for the next one that she had.

“There was a sense that something was going to go wrong from the get-go, even though I stopped drinking to prepare,” she wrote.

“The day of the surgery, Eric was puking his guts out because he was so nervous.”

“The surgery took two hours longer than planned… It did not go well,” she said.

“I got an infection — colitis — and was vomiting so much I thought I was going to bust my sutures. My mom and Eric were so worried."

She continued in the book:

"They had to rush me to Cedars, and I secretly stayed there for nine days. Doctors talked seriously about me needing a blood transfusion.”

She wrote that the experience was “so hard" on her husband.

He "loved me at any size or shape, even if I couldn’t." That's love, people.
