Oprah Celebrates Her 66th Birthday

There are some celebrities who are just so legendary that they feel simultaneously like they've been around forever and also like they're ageless. To me, Oprah is one of those celebrities — she's an icon.

Oprah hasn't actually been around forever — she was born on January 29th, 1954.

That makes her 66 years old now, which is honestly incredible. Not only is she incredibly active and passionate, she looks amazing, which just goes to show that being a good person helps you age well too!

Oprah's legacy is super impressive.

Oprah started her talk show, The Oprah Winfrey Show in 1986, and it dominated television for 25 seasons. There are full grown adults who have graduated college who haven't been alive for as long as Oprah had her talk show!

And she's clearly not slowing down.

Oprah is currently on her national Oprah's 2020 Vision Tour that's selling out arenas around the world. When she was in Atlanta last week, the crowd helped her celebrate her birthday a little early.

The well-wishes are pouring in.

Comedian, actor, and producer extraordinaire Tyler Perry took to Twitter to wish Oprah a happy birthday with a touching tweet and a series of photographs of the friends together.

Fans are celebrating her incredibly impressive career.

"Happy Blesssed Birthday to the hardest working Black Female on television today🎂," one fan tweeted, with another adding, "Happy Birthday @Oprah the world is better with you in it!"

I couldn't agree more!
