When Arnold shared this image of him and his daughter, Christina, he showered her with the highest of praise.

When it comes to fitness, he's always down to share what he knows with his kids.
His effort has paid off as it looks like Joseph is following in his father's fitness footsteps!
"They were also all there for me after my surgery," he said, referring to the heart surgery he had in 2018.
"So you start to realize, wow, they are really growing up and now it’s not just me pumping them up. We are all pumping each other up."
He was such a proud father when his son Joseph graduated from Pepperdine University.
"Four years of hard work studying business at Pepperdine and today is your big day! You have earned all of the celebration and I’m so proud of you. I love you!” he wrote.
Those bloody fists are a dead giveaway to the kind of work Arnold does onscreen, but he's never been too tough to give his kids piggybacks.
Christina, who refers to herself as "Daddy's little girl" once called him "the best dad in the world!"
