Everyone on the Internet has to know by now that you do NOT mess with Chrissy Teigen. She's full of sassy comebacks, clapbacks, and eye-rolling emojis and is definitely not afraid to tell you (and the rest of the Internet) how she feels.
Her husband, John Legend, didn't seem to get the memo.
She's been pretty vocal on Twitter about how much the show takes up John Legend's time even when he's not currently filming it.
Although honestly she could do worse than some eggs. There are definitely worse roommates to have.
She admitted she was just being dramatic.
That is not the case for the ill-fated dinner party for the finale of the show.
She also added that John had invited the other judges, Kelly Clarkson, Gwen Stefani, and Blake Shelton over for dinner without telling her that it was the finale of the show.
Chrissy explained that she felt like something fun should be planned for the finale of the show they'd all been working hard on, especially considering that one of the guests would be the winner of the show, and that John didn't give her any time to plan anything.
In her defense, that's a lot of superstar celebrities to come over to your house for a big event that you had very little knowledge of in advance.
Chrissy captioned this screenshot with, "Lol I’m serious I’m laughing but I’m [expletive] pissed."
The texts show John insisting they don't expect anything elaborate, with Chrissy responding "That's why you aren't good at anything."
Chrissy's response clarified that she didn't know it was the finale, but others also pointed out he told her while she was in the middle of speaking to someone else in a loud and busy room with a lot going on.
Honestly, I know a lot of people who share information like that, and it is super frustrating. I do not blame Chrissy for tweeting out her frustration.
Of course, John also ordered one, cleverly decorated with the words "John's Solution Cake," which Chrissy (understandably) destroyed.
The dinner party was a success after all — but I bet John is going to be hearing about this one for a long time.
