10+ Worst TV Moments Of 2019

Now that 2019 is coming to a close, it is time to let the showrunners and writers of these shows to lay us down into our graves one last time.

Jon Snow may be on the cover of our worst TV moments, but that doesn't mean he will be part of one of the worst moments.

Or will it?

You'll have to read on to find out!

'Game of Thrones': Bran becomes king

HBO

There have been countless memes about this moment on Game Of Thrones, so I feel I don't even have to talk about it.

But we will.

Bran becoming king was probably an even bigger disappointment than Dany dying on Game of Thrones.

'Fleabag': The Priest and Fleabag not ending up together

IMDb

We all wanted it. Fans of the show desperately wanted it.

And sometimes a show won't give us what we want and we'll be better for it, and sometimes we'll bitterly put it on a "Worst TV Moments of 2019" list.

'Stranger Things': Hopper Dies

Netflix

No! He was a fan favorite! You can't just kill him off like that! This isn't Game Of Thrones!

But seriously, it was a shock and a heartbreak to see Hopper die. He was the father we all wanted.

'Grey's Anatomy': Meredith going to jail

ABC

This was such a weird plot point because she only spent like two days in jail... and the rest was about her community service.

The whole "Meredith is Going To Jail" thing was probably just to strum up some viewers.

'Supernatural': Jack Dying

IMDb

While he might come back in later seasons (at least we hope that he does) Jack dying was really a low point for the series.

And how convenient, it happened in 2019.

'Black Mirror': Only Having 3 Episodes

What a freaking tease! Here we were, waiting oh so patiently for a new season of Black Mirror and we finally get it, only to discover it was just three episodes long!

What a jip!

'Shameless': Ian and Mickey break up again

IMDb

Oh for God's sake! You guys are meant for each other, will you please for our sakes stop breaking up!

You're giving your fans collective whiplash, you two!

Plus, it's just Shameless reusing the same storyline for what feels like the millionth time.

'Anne With An E': When It Got Cancelled

Netflix

A lot of people were fans of the "Anne Of Green Gables" adaptation, but unfortunately, this was the year that Netflix (or CBC) decided that they would cancel it.

What a tragedy! Definitely a bad 2019 moment for us.

'Watchmen': Not Following The Comics

HBO

It was an interesting choice for the Watchmen tv series to not follow the comics (basically at all).

What was also interesting was they decided to replace the awesome comic book stuff with a bunch of garbage.

Although we do appreciate the commentary on white supremacy.

'Fear The Walking Dead': Season 5

AMC

It seems that Game Of Thrones isn't the only show to get an entire season on the s-word list!

Fear The Walking Dead just had an awful season 5 in general. The characterization was off, and the focus was too much on Morgan when it should have been on Alicia.

'Grey's Anatomy': Bailey's weird characterization

ABC

You can probably attribute this to the fact that she is going through both pregnancy and menopause, but the way they characterized her during this season was just downright weird.

'The Walking Dead': Ezekiel and Michonne kissing

AMC

Yeah... this was a weird choice by the producers/writers of The Walking Dead.

Why did they think that we wanted to see these two characters together? Why did they think that would be a good idea?

'The Bachelorette': Luke P

IMDb

Yeah uh... he sucked. Fans didn't like him, and he quickly became the season's villain.

He slut-shamed, he was attacking the other contestants and we were all generally stupider for watching him.

'Game of Thrones': Death of the 'Mad Queen'

HBO

Honestly, Dany's entire plot in season eight was just 50 shades of awful.

There were tons of moments people were unhappy about in the show, but this one was definitely the worst of them all.
