Kim Kardashian Is Being Called Out After Asking Followers To Pay Fan's Medical Bills

Kim Kardashian is being called tf out for asking her followers to pay for a fan's medical bills because everybody knows that she could pay the entire thing herself and it wouldn't make a dent in her bank account.

Before we get into this, let's get one thing straight.

I'm sure you already know this, but Kim Kardashian is incredibly wealthy.

She actually admitted to us that as of summer 2018, she was almost a billionaire.

When asked in an interview on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" if she was a billionaire like her younger sister, Kylie, Kim said:

"I would say my husband is, which makes me one, right? Close!"

"Close by proximity," she added.

So, understandably, fans are finding it ridiculous that she is asking them for money to help pay for another fan's medical expenses.

While she was trying to do a good deed, things sorta backfired.

Kim took to Twitter, urging fans to donate to one of her fans who is suffering from a C1 Spinal Cord injury.

In order to properly recover, the fan needs to be admitted into an intensive rehab facility that on his own, he can't afford.

She shared the link to his donation page, asking her 62.4 million followers to read his story and donate.

But instead, fans are criticizing Kim for asking, what are probably mostly working-class followers, to pay what she could do on her own quite easily.

The total amount needed for her fan to afford treatment is $80,000 and so far, he's raised nearly $30,000

But let's be honest, that is probably pocket change to Kim K.

Some fans actually found it comical that Kim had the audacity to ask her fans to donate.

If she had made a generous donation, herself, this probably wouldn't be such a big deal.

But according to the GoFundMe donation page, no single individual has donated more than $500.

This person pointed out that Kim has the means to "redistribute" some of her wealth for a good cause, and should do so instead of asking "regular" people to.

Big facts.

Another person suggested that if Kim and her family all helped out, they could cover the cost entirely, no problem.

I don't even want to know what their whole family's net worth is...

This fan actually finds it embarrassing that Kim would ask her fans for money when she could easily donate the entire cost and make the money back with a few Instagram advertisements.

You gotta wonder how much she makes off of those #Ads.

Some people think it's unfair that Kim makes what most of us make in a year, in a matter of days, and still won't pay for a fan's medical bills.

Apparently, Kim is choosy about where she spends her money.

It actually seems like way more of a hassle to inconvenience her fans instead of just donating, herself.

Leave the broke people alone, Kim!

I guess what's truly puzzling about this whole situation, is if Kim was genuinely dedicated to having her fan's medical bills covered, would she really be panhandling for cash via Twitter?

Seems like a bit of a gamble, although it's important to remember that Kim sharing his story to millions of people is arguably beneficial too.

Or at the very least, instead of paying for the whole thing herself, couldn't she personally make a sizable donation?

I guess this is just how the rich stay rich.

Do you think Kim Kardashian was out of line for asking her fans to pay for another fan's medical expenses?

Should she have just quietly donated some of her own money?

Are fans overreacting?
