It's been reported that the famous family from TLC's former show, 19 Kids and Counting, had their Arkansas house raided by U.S. Homeland Security last week.

A rep for Homeland Security didn't deny the claims.

“[I do not dispute the information that] HSI was present [at the Duggar home] pursuant to an ongoing federal criminal investigation,” the spokesperson said.

Since Josh Duggar is reportedly being sued for real estate fraud, people are suspicious that the eldest Duggar had something to do with it.

Back in September, Kark.com reported that he's “accused of fraud and is being sued for ‘quiet title’ and breaching a contract, according to court records.”

The three-day jury trial reportedly begins April 27, 2020.

This certainly wouldn't be the first time Josh has been embroiled in a scandal.

Back in 2015, he was accused of molesting two of his younger sisters, Jill and Jessa.

In a statement posted to the family's Facebook page, Josh confirmed the disturbing allegations.

“Twelve years ago, as a young teenager, I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret. I hurt others, including my family and close friends,” he began.

He continued: "I confessed this to my parents who took several steps to help me address the situation. We spoke with the authorities where I confessed my wrongdoing, and my parents arranged for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling."

"I understood that if I continued down this wrong road that I would end up ruining my life.”

Around this same time, other serious allegations also came to light.

Josh ended up admitting to having a porn addiction, as well as cheating on his wife through the "infidelity" website, Ashley Madison.

It was reported by Gawker that Duggar had two different accounts on the site between February 2013 and May 2015.

Josh ended up issuing a public apology on the family's website, citing himself as “the biggest hypocrite ever.”

During this time, the family's hit TLC show "19 Kids and Counting" was canceled.

"To the best of our knowledge, it’s also not true that any member of our family is the target of any investigation of any kind.”

“Living a life in the public’s eye has taught us that it is best not to reply to every rumor and piece of ‘fake news’ that is circulated online."

The rep’s statement continued: “It would be a full-time job if we attempted to do so. However, because of tonight’s media coverage, we thought it is important to address this rumor with you."

The statement finished with the family sending their appreciation to any fan support.
