Amanda Bynes' Complex Mental Health Journey

Amanda Bynes's release date has not been disclosed. However, people close to her are already coming up with a plan to ensure she won't have a relapse and continue on the right path.

TMZ news revealed that the star actress and her medical staff have been rotating shifts weekly and staying by her side. But she is not ready to leave the facility yet neither is she forced to stay back.

TMZ sources also disclosed that Amanda will be enrolled in an outpatient mental health treatment program when she feels quite ready for it. 

Amanda is in a better space—no longer under a conservatorship and can now make her own medical decisions without external influences.

She has worked hand-in-hand with her medical team to make sure she gets adequate support when she gets out, to keep her on track—meeting with doctors and specialists. 

Although Amanda’s parents haven't been by her side throughout her stay in the hospital, they are supporting her in ways they can. 

It all started early last month when Amanda was found in the L.A. streets naked and wandering about. She stopped a car and called 911 to report she was experiencing a psychotic bout and needed help and support. 

After the incident happened, Amanda was taken to the closest police station to her where a mental health team diagnosed that she needed to be placed in a 5150 psych hold for proper treatment.

While the episode was quite intense, Amanda was not in any way hurt at all—things could have gotten south given the neighborhood she was found in.

After the psychotic episode, she was admitted to the hospital and has been there since last month.

There is no set date for her release at the moment, but a TMZ source speculates that she will be whole enough to be released from the hospital next week.

Upon hearing the news about her mental state, some of her fans and followers have taken to Twitter to express their love and undying loyalty to her even in this dire state.

A Twitter user with the name “have a cigar” wrote, “By the way, we love and support Amanda Bynes in this household, and if you say anything demonic about Amanda Bynes on my profile you are getting blocked and I will publicly drag you.

Mai was not all for love, instead, they pointed an accusing finger at Hollywood saying, “Hollywood did this to her🤮.”

The Pristine One is rooting for Amanda and tweeted, “I’m glad she’s getting help. You got this girl!”

AyeChrisJr wrote “Where Amanda Bynes is in life is so fucking sad. I loved her. I hope she gets help soon. She deserves better for herself.”
