Heidi had made headlines in the summer of 2022 for showing off her age-defying figure in swimwear. Enjoying a morning stretch and sharing it with her IG followers, the ex-to-singer Seal posed in a multicolor bikini, stretching her arms around and even arching her back for a real body flaunt. “I don't love running on a treadmill,” she has shared. “I really prefer to be outside or get my exercise in while playing with my kids. But sometimes, after I've run those two miles and I check it off the list, I'm happy I took the time.”
