A new mother is struggling to decide whether or not to let her pushy mother-in-law babysit her three-month-old son. The family has a history of chaos and trauma, with a stepbrother who is a heroin addict and a sister-in-law who is jealous of the husband and has a history of causing scenes.
The mother-in-law has not stopped the stepbrother from coming around, and the sister-in-law has even wished for another miscarriage on the new mother.
