Bam Margera's Wife Warning Him After Recent Arrest

According to TMZ on Friday, Nikki Margera is contemplating obtaining a restraining order for the sake of their child. 

This was following Bam's arrest for public intoxication in Burbank on Wednesday. She is reportedly seeking legal protection against him in light of his recent run-in with the law.

She reportedly expressed concern about the incident on Wednesday, stating that it was a frightening experience for her and even more so for their child. 

She lamented that the situation was regrettable, given that Bam's visitation with Phoenix in Hollywood the day before had gone fairly smoothly.

Nikki said her well-known spouse had shown up at the restaurant on Wednesday while being under alcohol and behaving aggressively.

She stated that Bam's behavior was disappointing and frustrating, as it seemed like he was regressing instead of progressing. She reportedly said, "This is not the first time that Bam has taken one step forward and ten steps back."

Nikki's lawyer, David Glass, informed TMZ that they had been attempting to establish a consistent visitation schedule for Bam to spend time with their child.

However, the arrangement depended on Bam staying sober and treating Nikki respectfully, which has not been the case.

This latest incident occurred after the former TV personality, who has recently struggled with substance abuse problems and violent behavior, reportedly got into a dispute with a woman at the restaurant, as per law enforcement sources.

Law enforcement sources disclosed that the police received a call at around 3:45 p.m. regarding a disturbance at a Thai restaurant, where Bam was supposedly engaged in a heated argument with a woman. The altercation continued to intensify even after the officers arrived on the scene.

Despite the police's attempts to de-escalate the situation, Bam could not control his behavior, resulting in his arrest and booking for misdemeanor public intoxication.

The footage also depicted an officer instructing Bam to sit on the ground in the parking lot. While the audio of their exchange was not discernible, Bam could be seen flailing his arms and making animated gestures.

Sources further revealed that Bam would have to pay a $500 bond to secure his early release unless he decides to stay in custody until he sobers up.

Bam's run-ins with the law have been making headlines recently, with his latest public altercation leading to his arrest on domestic violence charges earlier this month.

As per TMZ, the Viva La Bam personality was taken into custody by the police after receiving a call from a residence in Escondido, California, where a woman claimed he had kicked her. Although the alleged victim's identity was not disclosed, sources suggested that she was Bam's current girlfriend and not his former partner.

Bam was released on a $50,000 bond, but the District Attorney stated that no charges would be pressed against him. However, shortly after posting bail, Nikki's lawyer alleged that Bam had not provided her with any financial support for two months, leaving her in a precarious situation without any means of transportation or financial assistance and facing potential eviction.

In February of this year, Nikki filed for divorce from Bam, citing his lack of sobriety during a visit with their son as one of the reasons. She has petitioned for both legal and physical custody of their child Phoenix. However, she has also expressed that Bam should be granted supervised visitation rights with their son in the Los Angeles region.

To display his devotion to his son, Bam took a drastic step last week by getting his son's name inked on his face in Arabic. He shared a picture of the tattoo on his Instagram, stating that he misses his son Phoenix and that the tattoo is a reminder to his estranged wife Nikki that she is breaking his heart by not allowing him to see his child.
