Ben Affleck And Jennifer Lopez Ready To Make A Move

The singer and actress, 53, has been spotted house-hunting with her 2022-married spouse and were, just this week reported to be "in escrow" for a Pacific Palisades mansion worth $34.5 million.

After pulling out of a property in the same area, the American Idol judge and her husband are said to be eyeing a much pricier pad!

That's pricier than the mansion once shared by SKIMS mogul Kim Kardashian, 42, and her ex-husband Kanye West, 45. The property offers 11 baths, 8 bedrooms, and spans 16,000 square feet.

Perfect for self-care and winding down, as well as for entertaining guests, the new place JLo is eyeing comes with a pool and 800 square-foot gyms, together with a spa and an outdoor firepit!

Lopez and Affleck were spotted checking out the glam pad at the end of last month, but they have yet to purchase it!

Late last year, reports surfaced that JLo wasn't planning to move at all. In fact, she and Affleck would stay put at the Coach ambassador's $28 million Bel-Air home.

In November 2022, following her Las Vegas wedding to Ben, Lopez opened up on her decision to finally change her name to Mrs. Affleck.

"People are still going to call me Jennifer Lopez. But my legal name will be Mrs. Affleck because we're joined together. We're husband and wife. I'm proud of that. I don't think that's a problem," the superstar stated.

"It feels like it's a power move, you know what I mean?" JLo added. "I'm very much in control of my own life and destiny and feel empowered as a woman and as a person."

Noting that people have varying opinions, the Medicine hitmaker said:

"I can understand that people have their feelings about it, and that's okay, too. But if you want to know how I feel about it, I just feel like it's romantic. It still carries tradition and romance to me, and maybe I'm just that kind of girl."

Lopez has been married and divorced three times, but for fans, Bennifer is totally working out!

Lopez continues to raise twins, Max and Emme, with ex-husband Marc Anthony.

Brands are chasing after JLo. The latest sees her fronting both Coach luggage and Italian lingerie brand Intimissi.

In shots posted to her IG this week, Lopez sizzled in pink and white lingerie, writing:

Fans know the deal. It's daily gym sessions and tight looks for Lopez, but nobody can get over the JLo Beauty founder's face!

Chances are, sales of JLo Beauty have a lot to do with the smooth-skinned and wrinkle-free CEO who founded the whole thing!

Additionally, JLo is signed to sports beverage brand Body Armour, also fronted by singer and fellow fitness lover, Carrie Underwood.

Lopez is followed by 236 million on IG and remains one of the few celebs in her age bracket to still be gaining followers at speed.
