Kristin Cavallari doesn't seem to care, as she recently revealed how she broke up via text. While many people would condemn the approach of breaking up via text, that approach is what some people have used all the time.

In a recent text message breakup, Kristin Cavallari admitted to Stephen Colletti, co-host of the podcast "Back to the Beach," that she had sent numerous "f**ked up" breakup texts.
The "Very Cavallari" alum made it clear that she only employs the "horrible" strategy after spending a few dates with someone and concluding that their relationship is "going nowhere."
The 36-year-old responded, "Not great," when Colletti inquired how her most recent text disagreement went over. Of course, Girl! What were you expecting?
Cavallari explained,
“I got multiple voice notes back. I was like, ‘S–t. I should probably send you a voice note, but I don’t even want to.'”
She said, "He just kept fighting it and going, that the mystery man wouldn't let [her] end it."
In fact, when the "Hills" alum sat down to record the podcast episode, she was still attempting to end her brief relationship.
“I haven’t heard from him yet, so that’s not a good sign. He might not be too happy with me, but here we are,” she joked, referring to herself as “f–king heartless.”
Cavallari and Colletti had an on-again, off-again relationship throughout high school, and Colletti ended the conversation by joking about Kristin giving the mystery man his number so he could offer some advice but he later begged the actress not to while laughing.
The cohosts of "Back to the Beach" appeared in the first two seasons of the reality television program Laguna Beach, which aired on MTV from 2004 to 2006.
Cavallari wed football player Jay Cutler in 2013, and the couple had three children together—Camden, 10; Jaxon, 8; and Saylor, 7—before divorcing in April 2020 after seven years of marriage.
The Laguna Beach star announced her divorce via Instagram;
“With great sadness, after 10 years together we have come to a loving conclusion to get a divorce,”
She continued;
“We have nothing but love and respect for one another and are deeply grateful for the years shared, memories made, and the children we are so proud of. This is just the situation of two people growing apart. We ask everyone to respect our privacy as we navigate this difficult time within our family.”
Although Cavallari has been linked to Tyler Cameron and Jeff Dye since her breakup with Cutler, she hasn't been in a committed relationship. Cavallari withheld the identity of the man she dumped over the phone.
She admitted in the Broad ideas podcast in February that since the divorce, she has been approached by several married men though not the kind of men she is looking for.
On the star's "Broad idea" podcast, Kristin revealed she's not ready for a relationship because she's attracting unavailable men.
She also noted that she has gotten a lot of 29-year-olds;
"I’ve dated a lot of kids in their 20s and I’m like, ‘This is silly. I need someone who’s established.’”
Additionally, she made it clear that she has no plans to have any more children, saying:
“It would be so hard for me to go back and have another one because my baby is 7 and I can’t imagine going back and doing it all again. So, unless I met the love of my freaking life and he wanted one and didn’t have any, maybe, but like, I don’t think so.”
The founder of Uncommon James said that for now, being a mother takes precedence over beginning a new relationship.
She added that while she isn't lonely or actively dating anyone, she isn't ready for a serious relationship.
