Jennifer Aniston, 54, Flaunts Fit Bikini Body In Beach Sunbathe

The gallery opened with the trio shot from behind and enjoying a gorgeous sandy beach. Friends star Jen was in the middle and padding across the powder-fine sands while flaunting her yoga-honed legs, slim back, and toned arms.

Aniston, followed by over 41 million on Instagram, wore a stringy and super tiny bikini top, plus a patterned and red cover-up skirt. She added in a cream straw hat while walking barefoot and drawing attention to her age-defying figure. She also posed for a quick bikini selfie while lying on her front and enjoying the shore.

The gallery included more snapshots of the A-lister's friends, plus a wowing shot of Jen sunbathing in a black bikini top and tiny red bottoms. "Take us back," she wrote.

In an interview with In Style, the HBO star revealed:

"My level of anxiety has gone down by eliminating the unnecessary sort of fat in life that I had thought was necessary. Also realizing that you can't please everybody.
