Stephen Twitch Boss's family experienced a difficult day on December 13 when it was revealed that he had committed suicide. Despite this, Allison, Stephen's wife, has been doing everything she can to support their three children.

However, The late DJ Jockey, who passed away suddenly, reportedly did not leave a will, so his widow has petitioned a California court for spousal property rights to take custody of half of the late entertainer's estate.

Allison Requested For All Of Twitch Assets

Holker, 35, asked for the "property passing to the surviving spouse or surviving registered domestic partner without administration" in court documents reviewed by The Blast, which would mean that all of his assets would be transferred into her name.

Asking For Asset Gathered Throughout Their Marriage

She was asking the court to grant her a share of the assets and holdings they gathered throughout their marriage, including any TV royalties.

According to the court document, Allison asked for Stephen's share of Stephen Boss Productions, Goldman Sachs investment account, royalties from Cast and Crew Production Services, Disney Worldwide Services, Inc., GEP Talent Services, LLC, and SAG/AFTRA.

Why Holker filed the legal paperwork wasn't immediately clear.

Where His Body Was Discovered

In a Los Angeles hotel room on December 13, 2022, Boss was discovered dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

Employees at the hotel where he was discovered stated that when he checked in for just one evening and brought only "one small bag" with him, he did not appear to be "visibly upset."

Announcing His Passing

Weslie, 14, Maddox, 6, and Zaia, 3, are Holker's three children with Boss; after the tragedy, she released a statement to People saying;

"It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us."

She continued;

"Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light was everything to him. He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans."

Planting A Tree In Honor Of Twitch

The announcement of the legal actions followed the planting of a tree in Boss' honor earlier this week at the Ellen DeGeneres-named gorilla conservation campus in Rwanda.

DeGeneres Mourned Twitch

DeGeneres, 65, started working with Boss in 2014 as a guest DJ on her talk show. By 2020, he had advanced to the position of co-executive producer.

In a video she posted to Instagram after Boss passed away, DeGeneres sobbed and said, "We'll never make sense of" the passing of the adored performer.

How Twitch Would Like To Be Remembered

"That's how we honor him, is we do the things that he loved to do, which is dancing. He loved music and games, so we do that - and I know it seems hard, it seems impossible, but that's how we honor him."

The Opening Of The Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund

DeGeneres and wife, Portia de Rossi, attended a dedication ceremony in June 2022 after the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund's Ellen Campus officially opened in February 2022.
