The Bravo star slipped into a black vest with a skeleton skull design at the front. She rocked a gold wristwatch and a gold chain while flexing her biceps. The gym equipment served as the backdrop for her snapshot. Richards wrote in the post:

The star ended her caption by tagging her preferred fitness franchise while letting and know she would soon get on the weights.

Ozempic is a prescription medication issued to diabetic patients; however, it has been discovered that some people in the Hollywood circle use it for weight loss. After being confronted with the comment, the 54-year-old shared, "I am not taking Ozempic. Never have."

She bemoaned how the use of the medicine for weight loss was causing scarcity to underserved diabetic patients. She noted, "The Hollywood trend is concerning. We're not talking about stars who need to lose 10 pounds. We're talking about people who are dying of obesity, are going to die of obesity."
