Nick Jonas’ Baby Girl Takes the Spotlight at His Hollywood Walk of Fame Ceremony

Nick, Joe, and Kevin Jonas, the trio that makes up the famous Jonas Brothers received their star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and their respective families joined them to celebrate. The trio looked as handsome as ever rocking dapper looks. Nick opted for a patterned beige suit that was not too dramatic while his older brothers rocked similar looks in brown and dark blue colors. The trio was photographed kneeling touch the star in true Hollywood fashion.

While the sterling occasion went on, one detail remained most outstanding, and that was the presence of Nick and his wife, Priyanka Chopra's one-year-old daughter Malti. For the first time, the couple who would usually maintain privacy for their daughter with emojis showed her face in public. For her debut, Malti looked angelic in a tweed jacket and matching skirt while sporting a white headband with a large flower. She sat on her mom's lap looking camera ready as the paparazzi flashed at intervals.

According to Daily Mail, during his acceptance speech, the former child star acknowledged his wife and little daughter. He jokingly shouted out to the baby girl noting that he could not wait to be back on the Hollywood Walk of Fame 15 years later with her. He went on to describe Chopra as the "calm in the crazy." He added, "the rock in the storm and I love being married to you. It's the greatest gift. I love being a parent with you."

Chopra, best known for her character in Quantico, looked elegant as always in a dark brown dress, gold hoops, and a sweep of her massive black wavy hair. She sat next to her sisters-in-law, Sophie Turner and Danielle Jonas. While Turner turned up the heat in a co-ordinating red glam, Danielle looked as fashionable in a beige dress.

Chopra and Nick welcome their first child together in January 2022 via surrogacy but had to keep her at the NICU unit for 100 days. The little girl joined her family just in time for Mother's Day in the same year, and Nick took to social media to celebrate.

After the little one was able to go home to be united with her doting parents, Nick opened up on the journey to welcoming his first child on The Kelly Clarkson Show. He described it as a wild journey, one which was a magical season of his and Chopra's lives. The celebrity dad described his daughter as the best while letting fans know it was a blessing to have her home with them.

Speaking with British Vogue, the former Miss World relayed how her daughter spent three months in the NICU. She revealed that Malti was born a trimester before her due date. The mom-of-one recalled, "I was in the OR [operating room] when she came out. She was so small, smaller than my hand. I saw what the intensive-care nurses do. They do God's work. Nick and I were both standing there as they intubated her."

Nick and Chopra were excited to share updates on their daughter's progress with their fans and well-wishers from time to time, but while doing this, they often kept her face off the camera. From turning her face away from the flash to putting heart emojis on her face in pictures, the star couple let fans know they preferred to keep her off the internet.

Malti has since had a lot of firsts, including her first Diwali which Nick and Chopra proudly flaunted on social media. Malti's first birthday was celebrated a few weeks ago, and Nick gushed about the ceremony on The Kelly Clarkson Show. He revealed to the music star that they had to celebrate their daughter because she went through a "pretty wild journey" in the early stage of her young life.
