Kanye West is reportedly meeting the in-laws.
The 45-year-old rapper and fashion mogul surprised fans recently when news broke that he had gotten married again just two months after finalizing his divorce from Kim Kardashian. Now, he’s reportedly heading down under to meet his new wife Bianca Censori’s family.
The Herald Sun reported on Friday that West “is believed to be heading to Melbourne to meet her family,” adding that he and his Aussie wife “will spend time in Ivanhoe, east of the CBD, where Censori grew up.”
The pair reportedly held a secret ceremony earlier this month in Beverly Hills, California, and they’ve also been spotted wearing wedding rings. However, they didn’t seem to have filed a marriage certificate to make the union legal.
After the surprise nuptials, West and Censori headed to a five-star luxury resort in Utah for their honeymoon, according to reports. The lovebirds have been seen out on a date at the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills as well.
The Victoria, Australia native currently sports a short blonde ‘do but used to have long brunette tresses, which made her a dead ringer for Kardashian.
According to her LinkedIn page, Censori has been working as an Architectural Designer at West’s fashion brand, Yeezy, since November 2020. She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Melbourne.
Before flying to Los Angeles and working at Yeezy, she was an employee at DP Toscano Architects in Victoria, Australia. And prior to that, she worked as a Design Consultant at Kelektiv, a furniture design company in Melbourne.
Just like her husband, Censori has a background in fashion. As a university student, she set up her own jewelry business called Nylons with her best friend Irene Papas.
Some members of the new bride’s family have previously spoken out about the surprise wedding. Angelina Censori, Bianca’s sister, told Herald Sun, “It’s very exciting news for both my sister and the family but we choose to have some privacy for the time being.”
Her cousin, Alyssia Censori, also said that she was “super happy for them both.”
West and Kardashian’s divorce was finalized on November 29, 2022, almost two years after the reality star and SKIMS mogul initiated it.
