As everyone settled into the New Year, Brody Jenner, 39, and Tia Blanco, 25, had other plans up their sleeves. The pair just announced that they're expecting their first baby together in the sweetest Instagram post that was received by a flood of well-wishers.

The Hills alum and the surfer are expecting their first bundle of joy and took to Instagram to announce this good news on New Year's day. The lengthy Instagram caption thanked their family and friends and wished them the best for the new year.
"To start off this new year, we'd like to take this opportunity to wish all of our friends, family and followers health, happiness & an abundance of love. We truly appreciate & love you all."
They then dropped the bombshell
"We are excited to share with you the blessing of a new life in the new year…Our little angel is on their way [blue heart emoji] Happy new year!"
Along with the long note, they also shared a clip from their recent doctor's visit where they finally listened to the child's heartbeat for the first time and it was a perfect rhythm.
In the spirit of the festive season, many of their followers and celebrity friends welcomed the news with open arms and showered thoughtful compliments on the Jenner and Blanco.
Linda Thompson was one of the earliest callers as she wrote.
"So happy that you are sharing this news so I can tell everybody I meet on the street now! Lol I have been keeping this secret, but it's been so hard! We're so happy, Love you both so much...Love all three of you so much!"
Heidi Montag who starred alongside Jenner in The Hills "couldn't be happier" for the cute couple on their growing family.
This heartwarming pregnancy news comes seven months after the couple confirmed their sizzling romance with a photo on social media. The surfer told E! News in an exclusive interview last November how they kept their relationship private at the beginning and how they're both in love with each other.
"But we're both just so in love and it just happened naturally to share the fun things that we do and this exciting time in our life together."
Before this romance kicked off, Jenner was married to Kaitlynn Carter for a year between 2018 and 2019. The latter has since moved on with Kristopher Brock, and recently announced she's pregnant.
The soon-to-be dad is the younger son of Caitlyn Jenner and Linda Thompson in their union that lasted from 1981 to 1986.
