Cameron Diaz Drops 2023 Wellness Advice (Includes Dancing Naked!)

Cameron Diaz is eyeing up 2023 and dropping wellness tips, even encouraging fans to strip bare and dance around in the nude. The My Best Friend's Wedding actress may have quit acting back in 2014, but she's still a fan favorite, and they'll take anything they can get. Cameron spoke to E! News recently and looked ahead to the New Year. The blue-eyed beauty revealed that motivation ranks highly for her. She also spoke of taking responsibility for one's decisions and actions - basically, you need to get "s--t done."

Says It's Your 'Choice'

"Your motivation is just that it's got to get done," the Hollywood sweetheart said.  "You just gotta get s--- done. It's your choice. There's not much else to do other than the task at hand. There's nothing you can do other than just starting toward the goal you have in mind. That's how I look at it. There are no real tricks."

Diaz also kept it fuss-free. For her, there's no need to hit the gym. Carefree dancing can just be done in one's own home. The actress also said that she loves to browse yoga or stretching videos on YouTube - many are free of charge.

Says Keep Moving

Cameron continued: "I don't think enough people realize there are a lot of things you can do in a small space to just keep your body moving," also adding: "A really great thing to do is to just put your headphones in," then saying that short and 15-minute playlist will absolutely do when it comes to home dancing.

Dancing is known to boost mood endorphins for a natural high. It's also fantastic exercise that doesn't require any equipment. Dance enough, and you'll get your heart rate up enough to enter cardio territory.

No Clothes Needed!

For anyone not keen on Lululemon's steep leggings prices, Cameron also has a solution. Literally don't wear any clothes at all. "You don't even need to have workout clothes. You can just be naked or in your underwear and dance," she also shared.

Cameron is known for staying healthy, overall. She loves a Mediterranean diet full of protein and whole grains. She also eats brown rice couscous as a staple and tends to steer clear of processed foods.

Cameron joins the list of celebs around the 50 mark who are defying their age. Doing the same are actress Sofia Vergara and talk show host Kelly Ripa.
