Lionel Messi Celebrates With Wife & Kids After World Cup Victory

The 35-year-old made history after 36 years of Argentina winning the last world cup Messi who is known for his penalty kicks splashed his skills at the Qatar stadium against France and scored twice. After the well-deserved victory, the trophy winner celebrated with his beautiful wife, Antonela Roccuzzo, and his three adorable sons. Following Messi's thrilling shots that led to his win, he was seen surrounded by his wife and kids.

The family wore a blue matching soccer jersey which showed their support for the FIFA World Cup winner as they shared beautiful moments in pictures. Messi could not hold his excitement as he wrapped his arms around his family who took turns in holding the trophy during the snap. The family was all smiles as Antonela took selfies of these historic moments.

The iconic athlete has played in the FIFA world cup for five years but won the top prize in the 2022 series of the world cup. CBS News revealed that not only did Messi win the game, but this also made him the first player to hit a goal in the knockout round in the history of the FIFA world cup. In a post made by Antonela on Instagram, after her husband's victory against France, she posted some pictures which featured her kids, husband, and herself. The mother of three revealed that she was overwhelmed. Also, she wrote that she feels great pride for her beau and also thanked him for teaching them to be resilient and never to give up. Messi's wife revealed that her husband has passed through many years of hard work to achieve this win. She wrote in capital letters, "IT WAS FINALLY DONE, YOU ARE A WORLD CHAMPION". 

The father of three kids, Thiago, 10, Mateo, 7, and Ciro, 4, puts his children first in all he does. During an interview with Per The Athletic, he said that they are growing older and understand better what is going on and they enjoy it. Also, Messi revealed that he wants his children to choose any career that makes them happy. He just wants them to be happy regardless if it involves soccer or not. Although, the three handsome boys have chosen to follow in the step of their father in their football career.
