Amy Adams proves she's as human as the rest of us with her story of seeing Henry Cavill robeless for the first time. The Superman: Dawn of Justice actor has an impressive body, and we can't deny that. It's a surprise his co-leads don't swoon every time they're on set, but Adams confesses she once fell into that category, thus causing her to apologize severally.

The actress played Lois Lane's Superman's love interest in Snyder's universe first in 2013 during Man of Steel until the last installment, Justice League. Her confession isn't totally shocking, considering the chemistry between the characters.

"I had to apologize to him at one point. I’m like, 'I promise I’m not that pervy.' He's just so good to look at. My husband likes to look at him, our [five-year-old] daughter likes to look at him… we’re just a creepy family."

Thanks to this 2016 Marie Claire interview, we no longer have to wonder. The duo romanced and got cozy in several scenes, especially in one part featuring a bathtub. It's electrifying to see on screen, so you can only imagine what the behind the scene moment felt like.

The actress revealed that she couldn't stop staring at his perfect body between takes, so she begged Cavill to wear a robe and then apologized for objectifying him. To be fair, it's hard not to when he looks like that and is playing many people's favorite Superhero!

Choosing Movie Roles Today

Things have changed since that interview in 2016, as Adams had another sit-down with Marie Claire two years after. In 2018, she spoke about her role in Sharp Objects, the high-rated American drama miniseries.

Adams opened up about loving complex characters and having movie references as her go-to for managing stressful situations. The prime example came when she equated her daughter's accident to something from Kramer v. Kramer.

As the publication noted, Adams' has enough movie credits to her name not to have such references filling her head.

Family Love Comes First

The actress doesn't have much social media presence like many of her peers, but her last posts show how much Adams loves her family. The last two posts on her Instagram feed showed her husband, Darren Le Gallo, and daughter Aviana.

Like his wife, the actor doesn't post much on his social media but he did this year to celebrate Adams' return to the Disney movie, Enchanted in a sequel, Disenchanted.

Disenchanted On Disney Plus

Disenchanted flips the happy ending of the romantic musical into a fairytale nightmare. It's set years after the events of Enchanted and sees Giselle, Robert, and Morgan moving to a new community, causing an imbalance in Andalasia and the real world. It doesn't have impressive ratings, but 91% of google users liked the movie and watched it for nostalgia.
