Marisa Tomei has paid her dues in Hollywood, so when she shares a rare picture of herself in a stunning dress, you best believe thousands of followers stand still! The Spider-Man trilogy actress gained a new generation of fans when she joined the MCU.

Now, the actress has a larger audience on Instagram interested in seeing her B-T-S life, like when she's fitting outfits for a big event. Earlier this week, Tomei visited Gabriela Hearst for a dress fitting and shared the moment with her 2.2 million followers.

Fitting For The CFDA

Tomei didn't specify when she visited Gabriela Hearst for the fitting, but we suspect it was ahead of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Gala. She wore a casual navy maxi dress with a figure-hugging silhouette and flared lower skirt.

Its V-neckline and thin straps had colored stripes adding to its otherwise plain style. Tomei paired the dress with wedge sandals and wore her hair in a tousled style giving her a fresh-out-of-bed look.

Celebrating With Her Friend

Hearst and Tomei are a good combination based on sightings so far. At the beginning of this month, the 57-year-old actress attended the CFDA Gala with Hearst wearing one of her custom pantsuits. The yellow set had high-waist wide-legged pants with a double-breasted blazer.

Tomei wore a black cropped top and a long chain necklace inside the blazer. She styled her dark blonde hair in wide curls and kept her makeup light. The actress complimented her longtime designer for having a heart of nugget gold.

"Love her mind, style and vision."

The attendants in Pennsylvania enjoyed a free meal from Pizza to the Polls and Cosmo Baker. Tomei said it was important to vote like never before because American lives and futures depend on it.

'Reclaim Your Land'

Tomei started another campaign called "Reclaim Your Land" with the same message to make the government accountable via votes. She wrote that it's the only way to ensure government works for the people as they can vote for leaders who represent values.

Fellow country people campaigned in her comments for the two opposing American parties leading to debates on ideologies, with most campaigning for the Republicans.
