There's a reason many people flock to fast-food restaurants. A) the food is delicious, b) they're too lazy to cook, and c) frying food at home is hella hard.

But what if it could be easier? That's a pretty dangerous statement to make, but it's true. Thanks to a viral video on TikTok, here is your life hack for frying food.

We're already aware of several food hacks on the 'Tok.

There's the famous tortilla hack that makes them so easy to fold and so versatile for different meals. To recreate it, you simply cut a small slice down one side of the tortilla.

Then, add your toppings to four different sections.

From there, just fold clockwise and cook! There are so many tasty combinations you can make, like a chicken and bacon ranch tortilla sandwich or a take on Taco Bell's Taco Supreme!

Anytime is a good time for chocolate. Plus, you're seriously missing out if you don't already have an air fryer. It helps you get the taste and texture of fried food without the heavy calories.

This recipe was shared on TikTok by The Wire Lady.

For the chocolate croissants, all you need is a pack of ready-roll croissant pastries (such as Pillsbury) and some chocolate. She used chocolate called Puds, which has a truffle filling and rice crisps in the center. Yum!

"I started off by cutting the pastry, popping the chocolate on and then trying to wrap it in some sort of croissant ball shape,” she began.

After assembling that, she egg-washed the pastry and placed them in the air fryer for only eight minutes!

"Look how they come out, they were mouth-watering, they were so nice," she added.

They came out perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle, and oozing out with chocolate.

"If you love chocolate then you need to give these a go, and they are so nice cold as well."

We're talking fried foods, like fried chicken, chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, and more.

It was shared on TikTok by user @youthinkyouknowme99. Her hack is a life-saver for preventing fried foods from sticking to your pan or pot.

It also makes the clean-up a breeze.

You simply take parchment paper and add it to the bottom of the pan. Then, you add the oil like normal, in addition to whatever food it is that you're frying. It's that easy!

Many viewers were shocked at the brilliance of the hack.

"GOD LEVEL. I’m doing this from now on," one wrote. "OMG thank you," added another relived user. "I have been doing this the wrong way making my life so jarring," a third wrote.

Some users who already use the hack even gave some extra tips.

"You need to add unbleached parchment paper/baking paper. As the white one has chemicals," this user commented. The reason the paper doesn't burn is that it's baking paper.

Some people, however, prefer to deep-fry the traditional way.

"Some things were mean to be done, like using your pots and washing them afterwards," this woman wrote.

"part of the reason you fire in cast iron is for the flavor it imparts into the food," argued another.
