Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are one of Hollywood's most adorable couples. They share a daughter, Daisy, who is two years old. They are one of Hollywood's more low-key couples, who tend to stay out of the spotlight. In fact, many forget that they are even married!

On the Smartless podcast, Perry opened up about motherhood and why she has decided not to hire a full-time nanny to take care of her daughter.

Katy Perry isn't about to hire a full-time nanny, no matter how much she works.

“I am working a lot, and I’ve always worked a lot,” she said. “I have a wonderful nanny, but I don’t have a full-time nanny because I feel like if I had a full-time nanny then I would never be able to know how to care for my daughter like I’m meant to.”

"Therefore any day I get off, I’m just in mom mode."

"It doesn’t matter if I’ve had a show that goes to 11 p.m. the night before, I’m waking up at 6 o’clock and we’re gonna go and do breakfast. And yes, I have the no-sleep shakes, but I’m doing mom mode today.”

She also went on and on about how Orlando Bloom is the perfect father, which lowkey, we all, already knew.

Obviously, there is nothing wrong with someone who needs full-time help.

We see it a lot with celebs since they are often traveling for their work. But Katy Perry is adamant that she is the one shaping her children. Being present in their lives is what matters most to her.

We love to see it!
