Things can change on a dime in Hollywood.

That’s why it’s so important for actors to get along with their co-stars. This could be the difference between having a job and being on the outs

We’ve seen evidence of this happening, time and time again. From Sarah Michelle Gellar and Alyson Hannigan to Shannen Doherty and Jennie Garth, here are TV feuds that were so intense, that they changed production.

Sarah Michelle Gellar and Alyson Hannigan - 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer'

There was certainly some bad blood between the on-screen besties. This reportedly all started when Gellar blindsided the cast by announcing that she was leaving the show in an Entertainment Weekly cover story in 2003.

Alyson finally shared how she really felt on 'Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.'

Sarah saying, "she's evil"

When he asked her, "Who was the most annoyed to be on 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' by the end of the show's run?" she replied, "Sarah."

As an outspoken Christian man, Cameron had a major problem with Julie's past of posing for Playboy. Since he didn't want her appearing on their G-rated sitcom, he demanded that she be fired.

Chevy Chase and 'Community' - Community

There was no love lost between Chevy and the rest of the cast and crew of Community. He once left the creator of the show, Dan Harmon, a swear-filled voicemail. When it leaked, Dan was fired.

The quality of the show went downhill following this decision.

When Chase carried on insulting the writing of the show, he dropped the "n-word" in an argument, which resulted in him getting fired. Harmon was rehired after this and the show improved.

We've seen many cast members come and go on Grey's over the years. But not all departures have been amicable. Isaiah crossed the line when he made a homophobic slur toward his co-star, T.R. Knight.

Heigl's star power was riding high when she starred as Izzie on Grey's Anatomy. But that all went down the toilet when she did what no actor should ever do: insult their boss.

She ended up withdrawing her name from Emmy considering, citing that the show's writing wasn't up to par.

Rhimes responded by giving Heigl's character terminal cancer and writing her out of the show. "On some level, I was not surprised. When people show you who they are, believe them," Rhimes said on The Oprah Winfrey Show.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall - 'Sex and the City'

Although And Just Like That... fans have been missing Kim as Samantha on the HBO reboot, she's unlikely to show up. There's been a rumored feud between the female leads for decades.

This goes way back to the original series when Cattrall negotiated for a higher salary.

Drama stirred up again when Cattrall refused to film a third Sex and the City film, which put an axe on the project. “We’ve never been friends,” Cattrall said during an appearance on ITV‘s Piers Morgan’s Life Stories.

What do you get when you get two legends working together? Creative differences. "They never came to me and said, what storyline do you want?" Baldwin said in an interview with The Guardian.

"There was a period when I said to myself, what else could I be doing? It's Tina's show. I want to do my own show, which says what I want to say and about things I believe in."

On her side, Tina found working with Baldwin to be like dealing with a small child.

Her intense feud with Will Smith got the actress nixed from the show.

She was replaced in 1993 after a conflict with Smith over money. To this day, she says that Will "destroyed" her career with 20 years of lies.

Shannen has struggled to get along with her co-stars on many of the TV shows she's been on, like Charmed and 90210. She even once got into a physical fight with Jennie!
